    Land Development is the planning and engineering process of changing the existing land use of a property to something other than the land use identified in either the Official Plan or Zoning By-Laws currently in place with any respective municipality.

    It’s a process of identifying the existing land use, presenting a detailed proposal of the intended new land use, the provision and inclusion of engineering studies that support the proposal, the acquisition of subsequent minimal approvals, and construction of the new proposal thereafter.
