Senior Inspector
Senior inspectors required for our Peterborough office. Main responsibilities include inspection of contractors’ work to ensure contract specifications are met (construction standards, environmental, protection of wildlife, etc.), quality assurance sampling and testing, ensuring approved construction materials are used and acquired from approved sources, supervise and train junior inspectors and checkers, maintain accurate records (diaries, payement, etc.) and verification of payment documents.
Preferred Qualifications: Certification by OACETT with Road Construction Senior Inspector (rcsi) designation. Must be able to read and interpret contract documents(drawing, OPS specifications, CAITM, etc.) and maintain accurate records. Must have a working knowledge of required computer software and a valid drivers license.
