Required Immediately:  A senior to intermediate Civil Engineer with +5 years experience in structural design, mostly in the building services industry.  Main responsibilities include developing new business contacts, overseeing structural design projects (mostly building services projects), liaison with clients, interacting with other engineering disciplines to ensure designs are correct, preparing fee estimates, managing and following project budgets.

This is a permanent, full-time position located in Peterborough.  Candidate must be fluent in English and be eligible for registration with the Professional Engineers of Ontario.

Preferred Qualifications:  Experience with bridges, small dams, etc. is an asset. Good  AutoCAD experience also an asset. Project management and business development acumen mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:  Engineer or Technologist with minimum 5 years construction related experience and good communication skills - oral and written.  Preferred candidates will have a working knowledge of applicable engineering standards, codes, best management practices and technical references.  Contract administration experience and inspection experience, surveying and materials testing procedures an asset.

Senior Project Manager required immediately for our Peterborough office.  Minimum 10 years experience in Project Management in Building Services, including HVAC knowledge, Process Piping, Water & Sewer, as well as in-depth knowledge of Building Codes and Standards.

Preferred Qualifications:  Engineer or Technologist with 10 years civil design experience and good communications skills - oral and written.  Team leader and staff mentor.  Experienced in AutoCAD / Civil 3D and have a working knowledge of applicable standards and codes.
